If you explicitly agree to receive The Skinny Edit, we send your email address to Brevo and add it to Skinny Wiki’s signup list immediately. Verification is an additional step, not a condition for that initial storage. We send guides, updates and clearly labelled offers only according to your consent and verification status. No phone number or treatment profile is requested. Brevo also processes delivery records and its standard email open and link-click events for these messages. These are separate from website advertising analytics.
Consent and security records
Cloudflare stores keyed hashes, consent version, timestamps and subscription status. Raw email addresses and IP addresses are not stored in this consent database. Security rate-limit buckets are cleared after 48 hours. Pending and withdrawn receipts are cleared after 30 days. Verified consent records remain while subscribed; contact the publisher to request access or deletion.
Unsubscribe
Use the unsubscribe link in a Skinny Wiki message to withdraw from this brand’s email lists. This does not unsubscribe you from unrelated brands. Existing global email blocks in Brevo are respected. Removing this brand subscription does not automatically erase the shared contact record in Brevo. You can separately request deletion; limited records may remain where needed for security, legal duties or existing subscriptions to other brands.
Saved reading and search
Saved guide identifiers remain in this browser’s local storage. Search and topic/age filters run on your device. Clear the saved edit below or clear site storage in your browser.
Service providers and transfers
Cloudflare provides hosting and consent processing. Brevo provides contact storage and email delivery. Google Fonts may receive ordinary font requests. These providers may process data outside your country. Their privacy terms and applicable transfer arrangements need to be read alongside this notice. Hosting providers may retain routine security logs. We do not run advertising analytics or sell your submitted email address.
If the business changes hands
If Skinny Wiki is sold, merged or reorganised, its subscriber records and consent history may transfer with the business. The receiving owner must honour the purposes and commitments in this notice. A business sale does not grant new marketing permission. We will notify subscribers of a transfer and any material change; a new use requiring consent will be offered separately. During confidential due diligence we will prefer aggregated figures and restrict personal data to what is necessary under confidentiality safeguards.
Your choices
Email hello@contentbrewery.co to request access, a copy, correction or deletion of your information, withdraw consent, or ask about processing. We aim to respond within 30 days, subject to identity checks and applicable legal requirements. Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to object, restrict processing or complain to your privacy regulator. We use consent for marketing and legitimate interests for essential security. No health profile, SMS permission or advertising consent is collected by the newsletter form.
Changes and future products
We will date updates to this notice and notify subscribers of material changes. Future payments, accounts, advertising or additional data collection will need appropriate disclosures and controls before activation. This notice describes the features operating now.
