Start with the service
Prescription treatment starts with a clinical assessment. Compare who provides care, how follow-up works and whether the service operates where you live. A questionnaire is not a promise of a prescription.
Ask for the entire bill
Request the ongoing membership price, medication costs, consultation charges, laboratory fees and cancellation terms. Ask what you pay if a clinician decides medication is not appropriate.
Identify the actual medicine
Record the product, formulation and approval status. Ask which pharmacy dispenses it and how questions or problems are handled. Compare like with like, rather than comparing two headline prices.
Take these questions to the consultation
What makes this treatment appropriate for me? What alternatives are there? Which risks and interactions apply to me? What is the follow-up and longer-term plan?
